When you’ve been doing business as long as Pamida has, you find that there are certain questions that come up time and again. From how we accept coupons, to our policies about payments, special services and even returns and exchanges. If you don’t see the information you’re looking for, please contact us online or feel free to ask a Teammate at your local Pamida store.
Pamida gladly accepts manufacturers’ coupons, competitor coupons, and of course, Pamida coupons. At times, we’ll hold Double Coupon events where we double the value of all manufacturers’ coupons up to and including $1 for a maximum value of $2. Double Coupons may not be combined with Price Match. Customers may take the better of the two discounts. Competitor coupons are not included in our Double Coupon events.
In addition, the following guidelines apply:
Pamida will match competitors’ advertised prices. Simply present to the cashier with a copy of the current ad for the item you wish to price match. To match the price, the ad must be within the valid date and for the exact item, including size, color, model number and brand.
Pamida does not price match ads printed from the Internet nor does it match competitors’ regular prices. Customers are responsible for state and local taxes on merchandise as required by law.
Ad Match may not be combined with any other discounts including Senior Day discounts and Double Coupons. Customers may take the better of the two discounts.
Pamida will gladly refund or exchange purchases in new condition, within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by the valid receipt. Exceptions include: electronics, appliances and furniture (see below). Products presented for return or exchange must include all the original packaging and accessories. Refunds for the full purchase price will be issued according to the original method of payment. Refunds for purchases made by check may require bank validation for approval.
Refunds without a receipt will be issued in the form of a Pamida Merchandise Credit at the current sale price.
Electronics, Video Gaming Systems and Appliances: May be returned or exchanged, with your valid receipt, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers who purchased the Pamida Protect-It Plan extended warranty may have up to 2 years to return the items for exchange or repair.
Electronic Media: Video games, music, movies and computer software may be returned if unopened and accompanied by a valid receipt. Defective media may be exchanged for the same title only. Pre-paid cards are non-refundable.
Furniture: May be returned or exchanged with your valid receipt within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, replacement parts and warranty are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers who purchased the Pamida Protect-It Plan extended warranty may have up to 3 years to return the items for repair.
Holiday and Seasonal Merchandise: Merchandise that is on clearance at the time of the return will be refunded at the current clearance price.
Every Thursday, Pamida offers a 10% discount* on total purchases to customers who are 55 or better. Participants should present identification of age verification. See your local store or weekly ad for event dates or changes.
*Offer good on most sale-, regular- and clearance-priced merchandise. Discount excludes home electronics, televisions, movies, music, video games and game accessories, computers, printers and home office accessories, cameras and photo accessories, pre-paid cards, airtime cards, batteries, paper products, cleaning products, Apple-iPad, Apple-iPod touch, Apple-iPod nano, prescriptions, alcohol, gift cards, hunting and fishing licenses, postage stamps, carpet cleaner rental, extended protection plans, prior layaways, prior purchases and any other service fees. No other discounts apply. Discount will be applied to total transaction excluding sales tax.
